Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the return window without giving any reason.

The window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your decision to withdraw. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement of your decision — email works. Include your order number, the items you’re withdrawing, and your name.

Return shipping

Ship the items back within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it goes through.
